Celebrate ‘International Churro Day’ at Churrería El Moro

Since 1935, the iconic Mexico City institution that has grown in popularity has made its way to three locations across Southern California: Echo Park, Costa Mesa and La Habra. Churrería El Moro is now introducing a new celebration, marking “International Churro Day” on November 11th with $1 churros.

For more than 90 years, El Moro has played a crucial part in Mexico City’s culinary identity. They have served freshly made churros and their signature hot chocolate blend that is set for the many generations to come.

With their recent expansion to Southern California, the brand is bringing one of the city’s tastiest traditions to a new audience while making sure to stay true to recipes, flavor and rituals that have made the institution what it is today.

On November 11th, those who feel in need of a sweet treat can enjoy $1 churros at all three participating locations. When purchasing 11 churros, you will receive a complimentary 12th, making a full dozen.
