COLUMBUS, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Governor-elect Amy Acton is set to sign three executive orders on her first day of office, fulfilling some of the promises made on the campaign trail.
One order creates an anti-corruption task force in state government.
Another changes how government appointments are made, while a third increases transparency in state contracts.
Current Governor Mike DeWine said on Thursday that he will be assisting Acton getting up to speed, putting together a transition process.
