Four months after being forced into retirement, ex-Chicago FBI boss Douglas DePodesta is suing U.S. Attorney Andrew Boutros, Kash Patel and the Department of Justice claiming he was scapegoated for the failed “Broadview Six” prosecution and other Operation Midway Blitz prosecutions.
